Networking after BEAM

BEAM forms unique business partnerships between students, local professionals, and countries. Even after students leave BEAM, the networking opportunities provided by BEAM prove advantageous.

For example, 2Bikes, a non-profit supporting survivors of sexual assault, was formed upon a connection fostered by BEAM. As a BEAMer, Rachel Barkin met with individuals from one of BEAM’s earliest partner organizations -- a women's center called Deborah’s Palm. Katie Cooney of Deborah’s Palm helped Barkin found 2Bikes. You can read more about 2Bikes through a student newspaper article here.

BEAMers: the connections you make here matter for the future. Remember to join the BEAM Alumni Association on LinkedIn
