What is BEAM?

The BEAM (Business, Entrepreneurship, and Math) Program is a private-public partnership that replicates real-life business environments, which require cross-curricular applications, such as mathematics.  Through BEAM, high school students learn design thinking, entrepreneurship, business strategy, quantitative marketing, data analysis, and finance from customized curricula created in partnership with industry leading private sector firms, such as Ernst&Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, while developing their own start-ups.  Students also have the opportunity to complete paid internships at private sector firms in the BEAM network that build on the BEAM curriculum.
