What is BEAM?

The BEAM (Business, Entrepreneurship, and Math) Program is a private-public partnership that replicates real-life business environments, which require cross-curricular applications, such as mathematics.  Through BEAM, high school students learn design thinking, entrepreneurship, quantitative marketing, and finance from customized curricula created in partnership with Ernst&Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers while developing their own start-ups.  Students also have the opportunity to complete paid internships at private sector firms in the BEAM network that build on the BEAM curriculum.
