What is BEAM?

The BEAM (Business, Entrepreneurship, and Math) Program is a partnership between schools and companies that replicates real-life business environments for high school students, which require cross-curricular applications, such as mathematics.  Through BEAM, high school students learn design thinking, entrepreneurship, business strategy, quantitative marketing, data analysis, and finance from customized curricula created in partnership with industry leading private sector firms, such as Ernst&Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, through the development of their own start-ups.  Upon successful completion of the BEAM curriculum, students have the opportunity to complete internships at private sector firms in the BEAM network that build on the BEAM curriculum.
